About The Position
This is a full-time W2 employment opportunity with consistent hours and benefits, not gig work. As a Flex Shopper, you will rotate between different Meijer locations within the Grand Rapids area based on daily demand. Your primary duties include shopping and staging grocery orders in-store using the Buncha app, and then delivering these orders using a company-provided refrigerated delivery van. You may be assigned to work at up to two different locations in a single day, with store assignments provided by a dispatch team.
Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
- Android 5.0+ or iOS 15+ smartphone
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between store locations (company van provided for deliveries only)
