About The Position

This is a full time position with opportunities for overtime, $100-$250 weekly bonus, and $45/day per diem while traveling and assisting Copart facilities nationally with business support and catastrophe response. The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving and loading vehicles with a company provided front end loader or forklift. In addition, the Loader Operator will be required to maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel by plane.
• At least two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment.
• One year of loader or forklift experience, certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service attitude and skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and high integrity.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move and load vehicles using a front end loader or forklift.
• Maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility.
• Travel nationally on short notice to assist Copart facilities.
• Work long hours, 12-14 hours per day, as needed.
