Marksman Security, LLC is hiring immediately for Flex/Event Security Officer, Chico, CA $21 Per Hour Flexibility with Shifts is Required Weekend and holiday availability is required Applicants need to be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, day, evenings, overnights and holidays, if needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. Must have active CA State training and Guard Card licensing. Work Schedule: Must be flexible and available for all shifts: days, nights, weekends, and holidays. May work at multiple client sites within a region. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25–50 lbs (varies by site). Capable of extended standing, walking, or patrolling. Maintain alertness and situational awareness at all times.

Requirements

At least 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.
Strong customer service skills.
Familiarity with report writing.
Computer skills are a must.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Monitoring and surveillance experience.
Essential Computer Competencies.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks.
Comfortable with Outdoor Environment in Diverse Weather Conditions.
Must successfully pass Pre-Employment background check.
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and procedures.
