About The Position

Looking for FLEX Janitor cleaners for full-time position available to work 1st and 2nd shift to cover the TRIAD areas (Greensboro to Winston Salem)

Work schedule varies pending on location assigned to for that day, week or month.

Must be very flexible, dependable and have reliable transportation.

Valid Driver's license required.

Nonslip or Steel toe shoes are required for some locations.

Full Time:

Need to be flexible to work at different locations in the Triad areas to cover for vacancies, call outs and/or vacations.

Mileage reimbursed after 30 miles daily and reimbursed via an expense report weekly at the rate of $.70 per mile)

$16.00 per hour

Requirements

• Must be very flexible, dependable and have reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver's license required.

• General janitorial experience

• Floor Tech experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Cleans offices, classrooms, labs, manufacturing areas, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, cafeteria, break rooms and other areas.
• Replenishes paper and soap products in rest rooms, clean mirrors, showers, sinks, and toilets.
• Empties and cleans waste baskets and take trash and waste to disposal area.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums.
• Washes walls, ceilings and vents.
• Washes windows, blinds, door panels ledges and sills.
• Dusts furniture, light fixtures and equipment.
• Assists in the completion of the workload in the absence of other employees.
• Assists with special projects as assigned by management.
