About The Position

The Flex Associate position at Anderson Merchandisers involves assisting other associates in executing client projects. Requirements

• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained.
• Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
• Access to a webcam preferred.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy by following provided instructions.
• Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality.
• Lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50 lbs, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.
• Lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs with assistance from another associate.
• Perform work while sitting, standing, or walking, involving fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements.
