As a Fleet Trainer / Technician at Precise Systems, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer in Crane, Indiana. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about training and technical support, particularly in the context of military systems. You will serve as an Alternate ISEA instructor, which means you will always travel with a Government Trainer to ensure that training is delivered effectively and meets the required standards. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development, updating, and reviewing of training documents, which are essential for maintaining the quality and relevance of the training provided. In addition to document management, you will act as a backup for scheduling and coordinating training sessions, ensuring that all logistical aspects are handled smoothly. You will also support meetings, providing necessary insights and updates as required. A significant part of your role will involve reviewing and providing updates for the Technical Manual, which is critical for the operational success of the systems being trained on. This position requires a proactive approach to learning and teaching, as you will need to have enough technical background to understand the systems thoroughly and convey that knowledge effectively to others. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in military instruction, with at least seven years of related professional experience. Experience in curriculum development and hands-on technical experience is highly preferred. You must be willing to travel as part of your duties and possess excellent communication skills to facilitate effective training sessions. A Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical Field is preferred, and you must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance due to the sensitive nature of the work. U.S. Citizenship is also required for this role, reflecting the importance of security and trust in our operations.
