Requirements

  • Experience performing preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on fleet vehicles
  • Experience with Routine Maintenance, oil changes, electrical services, and lubrication
  • Ability to accurately record time, parts, and PM inspection checklists
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all fleet vehicles
  • Ability to perform prescribed Preventative Maintenance services
  • Ability to diagnose and identify vehicle and equipment malfunctions and determine corrective actions to be taken through tests and inspections
  • Ability to test vehicles and equipment after repairs
  • Ability to verify completion of repairs to ensure a quality service deliverable
  • Ability to repair or overhaul engines, transmissions, gear trains, differentials, steering systems, brake systems, clutch systems, electrical systems, power takeoffs, hydraulic and pneumatic lifts and controls, and related components
  • Ability to braze or weld frames, sheet metal and various equipment components, such as trailers
  • High energy, self-starter, serious minded, capable of initiating and building productive relationships

Responsibilities
