About The Position

Dirige les initiatives visant à améliorer l'efficacité de la fonction d'ingénierie et les interfaces avec d'autres fonctions afin d'assurer une coordination efficace des mesures, des tableaux de bord, des processus fonctionnels et une coordination des initiatives interfonctionnelles. Responsable de la planification et/ou de l'exécution des opérations du département ou axé sur l'exécution d'activités professionnelles au sein d'une discipline technique. Fonctions dotées d'une certaine autonomie, mais guidées par les politiques établies ou l'analyse des résultats finaux. Ce poste est autorisé à modifier les procédures et les pratiques en relation avec les tâches dans la mesure où les résultats finaux répondent aux normes d'acceptabilité (qualité, volume, respect des délais, etc.).

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or University.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a technology or engineering role

• General knowledge of BWR major NSSS systems
• Proven skills in project management and requirements management.
• Strong communication and writing skills and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments

Responsibilities

• Engage team to identify task dependencies and task status to ensure projects schedules remain aligned to the required work scope to correctly predict outcomes.
• Work with project managers and project schedulers to develop and maintain good project schedules
• Work with Tech Leaders and Leadership to ensure the project schedule is consistent with the work plan.
• Resolve conflict and ambiguity between team and adjacencies.
• Work with engineering leadership and personnel to assure compliance to procedures, standards and regulatory criteria.
• Establish best practices and or leverage best practices within the team.
• Communicate effectively the status of engineering and project priorities to the team, stakeholders and management.
• Meet customer commitments and drive continuous improvement.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities
• Foster integrity, safety, and quality as the most important priorities.
• Inspire team and support a positive and safety conscious work environment.
