Misión: Realizar, de manera autónoma, tareas operativas básicas en su unidad/departamento, de acuerdo a las directrices marcadas por su responsable, a fin de satisfacer las necesidades del proyecto. Son responsables de la ejecución de los contratos de servicios. Planifican, optimizan y supervisan la utilización de los recursos para asegurar que los servicios se ejecutan conforme a las especificaciones y coste establecidos. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet maintenance and management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing multi-shift operations in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar environment.
Knowledge of fleet maintenance processes and technologies.
Diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical issues.
Leadership and team development skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and vendor management.
Safety-first mindset.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Schedules needed mobile equipment repair or service work.
Coordinates operation and maintenance of equipment, storage facilities, and repair facilities
Assign trucks and passenger cars for use.
Generates preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) tickets weekly for the maintenance team.
Generate PM and CM reports for each department as required.
Close PM and CM tickets weekly for each maintenance team.
Attend required meetings when necessary.
Review and change job plans as required.
Review and support new technology on PM's and CM's.
Support PMP workshops, job plans and PM work orders. Train new users in CRM´S or other appropriate systems.
Analyze data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provide recommended process improvements to management.
