About The Position

This position is responsible for leading and directing the Tyson private fleet transportation team to achieve business and financial objectives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1 year in transportation (preferred but not required).
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tyson Business Computer Systems, Sale Inventory SAP Transportation, and Warehousing Systems is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervisory: Acts as a team leader, providing functional supervision and training for other team members.
• Travel: Occasional domestic trips (1-5 per year).
