Fleet Supervisor (Autonomous Vehicles)
About The Position
Join our Client, a leader in the autonomous vehicle industry, as a Mission Readiness Supervisor. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure vehicles, equipment, and teams are fully prepared to meet operational and safety standards. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily readiness operations, including vehicle movement, equipment storage, and service coordination Drive L3 and auxiliary vehicles as needed Support spare parts inventory, documentation, and reporting Maintain a clean, organized, OSHA-compliant workshop Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and resolving issues promptly Conduct risk assessments and act as the first level of quality control Support onboarding and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Proficiency in Git, Jira/Confluence, and MS Office or Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Clean driving record, background check, MVR, and drug screen required
