We’re looking for a highly capable mechanic who also has the mindset of a shop leader. You will still be a hands-on mechanic, but you’ll also have the freedom and responsibility to help ensure the shop operates efficiently and proactively. What Makes This Job Different This is not a corporate dealership environment with layers of management. You’ll have real autonomy: Manage your day and prioritize repairs Help establish systems that keep the fleet reliable Identify maintenance improvements before problems occur Help keep the shop organized and efficient Work closely with the leadership team to help the company succeed You’ll share the shop with one other mechanic , and together you’ll keep our fleet running at a high level. Fleet You’ll Help Maintain 50+ company vehicles Multiple trailers Various commercial lawn and landscape equipment Assist the small-engine mechanic when needed Our goal is minimal downtime and proactive maintenance, and we want someone who takes pride in making that happen in a clean and organized shop.
