About The Position
Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time Fleet Shop Manager to oversee our Santa Fe Springs, CA shop with experience in both fleet operations and hands on trailer/tractor experience. The position requires managing the in-house team of Technicians to ensure optimal performance, safety, and regulatory compliance while controlling costs, minimizing vehicle downtime, maintaining accurate records, and driving initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels.
