About The Position

The City of Chandler City Manager Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Fleet Services Senior Technician-CDL. This is a full-time position with benefits, scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and vocational/technical training or coursework in electronics, communication equipment and systems or communication theory
• 3 years of experience as a skilled automotive mechanic, including some experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy-duty construction equipment
• A/C Refrigerant Recovery Certification
• ASE Certification; must possess a complete set of mechanical hand tools
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
• Class B Commercial Driver's License within 6 months of hire or promotion
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
