About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized Fleet Service Sales Leader responsible for leading our fleet service sales function by driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales talent, and building long-term fleet customer relationships. This role sets sales strategy, manages key accounts, and works cross-functionally with operations to deliver exceptional service and profitable growth. This position will be based in Michigan; specific location within the state is flexible.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and lead teams.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, POS systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with using EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System for Business) is preferred.
  • Commercial truck/transportation experience is preferred but not required.
  • Tire and heavy-duty repair experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop sales team.
  • Establish pricing strategies, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Partner with operations and service leaders to ensure service execution aligns with customer expectations.
  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion through proactive account management.
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM, POS, reporting, and sales processes.
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Represent the company with fleet customers, vendors, and industry partners
