The Fleet Service Agent at Horizon Air is responsible for the thorough cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors and exteriors, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This role requires teamwork, flexibility, and a commitment to creating remarkable experiences for guests. The position is union-represented and involves various tasks that contribute to the overall safety and cleanliness of the aircraft.

  • Cleaning and servicing of aircraft interiors, including cabin, seatback pockets, flight desk, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Performing wet and dry washing of the aircraft exterior.
  • Providing updates to status boards and forms on work accomplished.
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
  • Performing TSA aircraft security checks on aircraft.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude that is conducive to aircraft safety and compliance.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Diplomacy and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a valid unexpired driver's license issued by a US state, a US territory or the District of Columbia.
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach and grasp.
  • Must be comfortable working at heights.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
