About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Automotive Fleet Sales Representative to join our dealership team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with businesses, government agencies, and commercial clients to meet their fleet vehicle needs. Your primary duties will include identifying sales opportunities, presenting vehicle options, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or fleet sales preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales processes
  • Knowledge of fleet vehicle financing and leasing options is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Valid driver's license/clean driving record
  • Prior sales experience REQUIRED (Preferably fleet sales)
  • Possess strong analytical/critical thinking skills
  • Be a self-starter/able to meet goals working independently

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and commercial clients
  • Identify fleet sales opportunities and generate leads
  • Present vehicle options tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and financing options
  • Coordinate vehicle orders, deliveries, and after-sales support
  • Stay updated on industry trends, incentives, and dealership inventory
