Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening

Responsibilities

Provide a centralized service point of contact for customer
Monitor fault codes and follow-up on codes requiring action
Provide Maintenance Currency Report of trucks coming due and past due
Schedule PM service with customer and dealer by the Fleet Management Portal
Coordinate Maintenance service and any open campaigns/recalls during an unplanned event for peak uptime
Follow-up with customers to maximize uptime
Expedite parts as necessary
Ensure Maintenance service is completed according to Service Contract
Close Maintenance service request when service is completed
Participate in regular calls with customer to report on health of fleet, issues and opportunities for improvement
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Assists with clerical duties as requested.
Other tasks as assigned.
