About The Position

Milton CAT is looking for a proactive and analytical Rental Manager to join our Sales Operation team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the right equipment is available at the right location at the right time. Ideal for someone with a strong eye for logistics and operations, this role supports our mission to deliver unmatched service across the Northeast. Requirements

Experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry is a strong plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person with transferable skills.
Strong CRM skills and comfort working in multiple systems.
Exceptional communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Must be detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
