About The Position

We are seeking a Fleet Recruiting Specialist to support high‑volume hiring of CDL drivers across designated geographic markets. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands DOT/FMCSA requirements, and knows how to build strong driver pipelines quickly and compliantly. You will manage full‑cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring leaders, and play a critical role in keeping our fleet fully staffed to support operational demand.

Requirements

2+ years of high‑volume recruiting experience, with a strong focus on CDL driver recruiting
Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring drivers in competitive markets
Working knowledge of employment laws, DOT/FMCSA regulations, and compliance best practices
Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills using job boards and CRM/ATS tools

Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume CDL driver roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Build and maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified CDL drivers using job boards, ATS/CRM tools, referrals, and proactive outreach
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate driving experience, work history, availability, and role fit
Ensure compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, including: Driver Qualification (DQ) Files MVRs DOT Clearinghouse (drug & alcohol)
Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and operations leaders to align on hiring needs and timelines
Execute creative and cost‑effective recruiting strategies such as job fairs, community outreach, open houses, and referral programs
Coordinate and attend job fairs and in‑person recruiting events as needed
