The Department of Buildings & General Services (BGS) Fleet Management program is hiring a Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of Vermont's 680-vehicle state fleet. The position will supervise a three-person service team, overseeing vehicle maintenance, managing accident processes, coordinating vehicle auctions, and delivering strong customer service to state agencies. This role also includes financial oversight, data tracking, and ongoing operational decision-making and support.
