About The Position

This role is responsible for overseeing commercial and government orders to ensure that Fleet production demand is aligned to Fleet allocations in both Short- and Long-Term plans. The role will need to communicate, coordinate, and work closely with several internal departments within Fleet, Supply Chain, Market Requirements, and Finance to ensure volume objectives are attainable. This is a high visibility role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Sales, Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or other related experience
  • Advanced skillset in Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, macro’s, etc.)
  • Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work cross functionally in fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Fleet operations
  • Experience at some level in Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Order Management and Customer Service
  • Experience within the Fleet, Automotive industry in a Supply Chain or Operations role
  • Excels in building positive working relationships
  • Problem Solving capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Providing monthly volumes to Supply Chain counterparts to align with forecasting and business objectives.
  • Working closely with Sales, Dealer, and Supply Chain teams to ensure fleet demand is accurately reflected in production schedules.
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to support decision-making.
  • Aligning product mix i.e. trim / engine / etc. to forecasted demand.
  • Providing volumes at scheduled intervals for corporate growth initiatives and customer demand.
  • Partnering with Supply Chain to identify and address BTG (Balance to Go) concerns, ensuring production and delivery goals are met.
  • Managing order writing, modifications, and reassignments to ensure accuracy and compliance with business rules.
  • Developing and maintaining system codes to support order processing, reporting, and program-specific requirements.
  • Collaborating with IT and technical teams to implement system enhancements and resolve process gaps.
  • Serving as a point of contact for operational inquiries, escalating issues as needed to maintain smooth execution.
