As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for minor and major repairs and maintenance of heavy equipment vehicles (i.e. dump trucks), light vehicles (roadside trucks), and tools. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve problems in compliance with current procedures and safety practices. You may also assist in major repairs of gasoline or diesel engines, and repair difficult and complex automotive problems (i.e., replacement or repair of brake systems, fuel systems, electrical systems, medium and heavy-duty hydraulic systems). Fleet Mechanics are responsible for providing their tools to complete the outlined job duties.
