About The Position

Join one of Minnesota's largest charter bus companies, Lorenz Bus Service, as a Fleet Mechanic! We operate a diverse fleet of motor coaches and school buses, and we're looking for a skilled mechanic to join our team. Duties/Responsibilities: We have lots of opportunities for all levels of experience, from entry level to master techs. We handle all aspects of vehicle repair needed to keep fleets on the road, from day-to-day preventative maintenance (PMs), to diagnostic and repair, to major in house repairs. We provide training for all levels of technicians. Become part of a team where your work keeps our community rolling. Schedule PM Shifts needed, schedules are flexible

Nice To Haves

• Diesel Experience
• Vocational/Technical college or heavy-duty ASE certifications preferred
• Any Specialized training for aftermarket and OEM components helpful
• Ability to use hand tools, pressure gauges, specialty equipment, and power tools
• Air Conditioning Certification is a plus
• Basic computer skills preferred for data entry into maintenance systems.
