The position involves the service and repair of all fleet vehicles, ensuring they are maintained in optimal condition. The technician will perform preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, replacing belts and hoses, inspecting brakes, repacking bearings, and checking tires on all sizes of vehicles. Additionally, the technician will diagnose and repair mechanical, engine, and electrical issues across the fleet. Responsibilities also include driving both automatic and standard shift vehicles for testing, transferring, and picking up/delivering parts, as well as managing inventory and ordering necessary parts and supplies.
