Sanimax is looking to hire a Fleet Mechanic Supervisor in our Green Bay location. This position will have the opportunity to oversee our South St Paul location as well. Why join Sanimax? Some shop time is required to work directly with training and development of employee Work with internal parts department to get materials necessary for repairs. Negotiate and hold outside vendors accountable to commitments. Manage internal parts inventory storage. Plan and meet project deadlines. Preventative Management Planning Availability to take off hours calls from the maintenance team Managing attendance and performance of the team. Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure their yard equipment is running and functionable. Partner with transportation to make sure locked out equipment is functional when they need it. Create SOP's to train new mechanics. Qualifications & Experience Previous mechanical experience of at least 3 years. At least 2 years in a leadership position with proven leadership capabilities. Knowledge in welding, fabrication and DOT Maintenance Requirements Ability to lead a team of mechanics on 1st and 2 nd shift. Experience with maintaining a budget by planning and prioritizing needed repairs. Requirements
