About The Position
The Fleet Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a diverse range of fleet vehicles and equipment. This role requires a solid understanding of diesel, gasoline, and hybrid engine systems, as well as hydraulics, electrical systems, and modern diagnostic techniques. The Fleet Mechanic will work closely with the Fleet Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all fleet assets operate safely and efficiently, thereby maximizing uptime and performance. To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily.
