About The Position
The Pool Fleet Manager is responsible for managing fleet operations within a Pool to ensure optimal performance through disciplined execution of fleet objectives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain fleet availability and transparency, ensuring that tactical decisions align with strategic goals. The manager will work closely with the Zone Fleet Logistic Director to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of fleet assets while considering factors such as revenue maximization, fleet utilization, customer service, and operational capacity.
