Job Description: General Repair & Maintenance Trades Management includes skilled trades workers who construct, maintain, and repair facilities systems, buildings, and equipment including: Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC), welding, and mechanical repair & maintenance. Machining repair & maintenance trades (i.e., tool & die making, mold making, metal part making, etc.). Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Programming. Heavy Equipment Operators A Team Leader (M1) supervises para-professional employees. Responsibilities typically include: Setting day-to-day operational objectives for team. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
