About The Position

Focused on driving transportation execution and revenue growth. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle transportation, transportation sales and fleet logistics, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or five (5) years of experience in logistics, transportation sales, and/or data analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to produce reports, prepare business letters, expositions, and summaries with proper formatting.
• Proven skills in organizing work, attention to detail, and taking direction.
• Proven skills in managing time effectively, prioritizing activities, and handling multiple tasks.
• Skilled in collaborating with internal and external resources.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze rate structures to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Revenue Management team to align on strategic initiatives and business plan objectives.
• Support strategic planning efforts through forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive revenue and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support ongoing performance monitoring.
• Direct day to day operational team to ensure all aspects execution are achieved.

Benefits

• Starting salary is $67k; commensurate with experience.
