About The Position

Position Objective: The Fleet Management Account Manager serves as the primary relationship owner for customers participating in Sunbelt Rentals’ Load Bank Fleet Management Programs. This role manages customer-owned load bank assets, ensures accurate tracking within Sunbelt systems, coordinates customer needs, assists in billing reviews and drives customer satisfaction and program growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in account management, service coordination, or equipment operations
• Power Distribution or Power & HVAC, commissioning, data center experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with load banks and electrical testing equipment is a plus
• Wynne system and CRM experience ideal

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for Fleet Management customers and liaison between customers and the fleet management operations team
• Develop strong customer relationships through proactive communication and account reviews
• Understand customer operational needs and resolve escalations quickly Fleet Program Administration • Help and deliver regular reporting to customers
• Support the operations team to ensure correct tracking of assets, coordinate shipments, transfers, receiving, and documentation, operational & technical coordination, provide repair estimates, updates, and completion notifications, track turnaround times and ensure SLA compliance Reporting & Program Performance • Prepare and deliver fleet performance reports
• Support billing accuracy and invoice review
• Identify opportunities for program improvement and expansion
• Partner with leadership to support renewals and new opportunities
• Participate in customer meetings and program presentations
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across Sunbelt’s Power portfolio
• Any tasks required for customer satisfaction and success of the fleet management program
