The Project Specialist will support and lead technical undertakings with administration components for the Fleet Maintenance Department. This position is accountable for spearheading key implementation projects to help further streamline maintenance initiatives and support additional growth within Pyle’s Fleet Maintenance Team. The qualified professional in this position will need to be able to multi-task in a demanding environment, provide overview and direction on multiple projects, and coordinate with staff on workload through the entire project life cycle ensuring completion of projects. Processes will be audited for evaporation and follow up on by the Project Specialist ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure of the processes stay consistent.
