About The Position

Our VEHICARE team is currently looking for a Fleet Maintenance Customer Support Rep to join our team and keep up our level of commitment to customer service. The Fleet Maintenance Customer Support Representative will work on site, on-line, and over the phone with the Fleet Manager, Technicians, Materials Group, Billing, and Customer to ensure exceptional customer support at a dedicated fleet location. We would like to talk with you! What are the Duties? Essential Duties:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 year related administrative experience and/or training
  • Must be able to obtain DOT medcard
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit.
  • The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Auto or Truck Industry is a plus
  • Valid CDL is a PLUS

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship- Work directly with the Fleet Manager and Customer to assist in daily fleet operations. This may include communicating with drivers, supervisors, or other customer personnel regarding repairs and schedules of all vehicles.
  • Fleet Operations- Utilize computer system(s) to process repair orders, audit cases for coding, time tracking, invoicing. Use computer system to track and maintain accurate inventory. Communicate with customer in person, over the phone and using electronic (web-based) tools.
  • Assist Fleet Manager and techs in managing parts inventory & ordering.
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Implement and enforce Health and Safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and prescribed instructions.
