About The Position

Drain engine oil and add new oil Inspect engines for leaks. Top off other fluids in the transmission or braking system. Perform tire pressure checks and rotations and inflate as needed. Prepare detailed vehicle service reports and submit to the fleet manager Replace vehicle wiper blades and car batteries. Change motor oil as well as transmission and brake fluid as needed. Keep vehicle interiors clean while performing maintenance and servicing tasks. Detailing and washing of fleet vehicles. Any other tasks as requested by the supervisor. Complete any required on the job training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in automotive maintenance
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to follow the instructions of the fleet manager.
  • Must be able to follow fluids disposal guidelines.
  • Must be follow all safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of a postsecondary education lube technician program would be helpful but not required.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is advantageous.
