About The Position

Fleet Lead - Clifton, NJ, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay range: $26.36+ per hour Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related administrative or fleet support experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong data entry and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of DMV/DOT regulations.
  • Excellent communication for driver/vendor interaction.
  • Proficiency with fleet management software and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Record & Data Management: Maintain accurate vehicle, maintenance, and insurance records; process paperwork for new/disposed vehicles; manage DMV/title/registration.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs; track work orders; liaise with repair shops to minimize downtime.
  • Financial Administration: Process invoices, manage fuel card requests, track fuel usage, and monitor fleet expenses.
  • Driver Support: Act as a liaison for driver issues, fuel cards, accident reporting, and policy communication.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on fleet performance, costs, and efficiency.
  • Vehicle Lifecycle: Assist with vehicle licensing, and disposal processes.
