We are seeking a motivated and responsible Wonderful Scholar for full time internship. In this position, you will gain hands on professional experience and learn how the department runs. Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop an understanding of precision harvest equipment and its components. Learn Fleet inventory, documentations, and ag-shop operations. Analyze fleet data to optimize shop efficiency. Create guides that assist in both the technical repairs as well as the safety standards and expectations for the tasks Assist in the development of a sustainable mechanic repair standardization guide for the department Work environment/conditions Orchard conditions are extreme, with summer temperatures regularly exceeding 100 F°. Flexibility to travel between shop sites as needed Early/ late work schedule, with extended hours as harvest approaches.
