About The Position
The Fleet and Facilities Asset Manager is responsible for managing Rinchem's heavy-duty trucking assets and materials handling/warehouse facility assets. This role focuses on implementing effective life cycle management methodologies to optimize asset utilization, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure cost competitiveness. The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs, tire management strategies, and asset replacement plans while analyzing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
