The Fleet & Equipment Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing the company’s fleet vehicles and construction equipment to ensure maximum reliability and uptime across active solar construction projects. This role is primarily shop-based in South Dakota, with occasional travel to project sites as needed to support field operations. The Mechanic plays a critical role in operational success by minimizing downtime, proactively preventing failures, and ensuring equipment is safe, compliant, and production-ready. This is a high-impact position for a skilled mechanic who takes pride in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and keeping heavy equipment performing at peak levels.
