As a Fleet Engineering Project Manager at CoreWeave, you will join a pivotal team within our Fleet Repair & Remediation organization. Acting as a team liaison for various internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure accurate and timely communication and alignment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) generation, support, issue resolution, and generating performance metrics for both internal and external teams. Additionally, you will facilitate seamless communication across fleet engineering, data center technicians, and vendor teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center operations or similar physical logistics, experience with RMA processes, working with external vendors, and the ability to analyze, optimize, and operationalize both internal and external processes. Experience leading cross-team projects, working with planning, execution, and evaluation of project initiatives, including ticketing process improvements and optimization are assets for this role!

  • Oversee Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) generation and support.
  • Resolve issues related to RMA processes.

  • 3-5 years experience with physical IT infrastructure and Data Center operations.
  • Experience with RMA of physical equipment with external vendors.
  • Experience developing ticket-based workflows and analyzing ticket data trends.
  • Proven experience in generating client-facing reports on infrastructure metrics and case workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts with external vendors.
  • Demonstrated execution ability and robust problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in project reviews and evaluations to assess effectiveness and drive optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools and methods for maintaining detailed documentation.
