Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Prior auto detailing experience or related automotive work strongly preferred
  • Passion for vehicles and pride in maintaining high-quality work
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes
  • Dependable attendance is required - this role plays a critical part in daily operations, and attendance is strictly enforced
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on physical work

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of sedans, SUVs, vans, and luxury coaches
  • Wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean windows, polish chrome, and deodorize interiors
  • Sanitize all high-touch surfaces according to company health and safety protocols
  • Conduct pre- and post-detailing inspections to ensure vehicles meet Golden's standards
  • Report any damage, wear, or maintenance needs to the Fleet Supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment
  • Replenish detailing supplies and ensure proper inventory levels
  • Safely move vehicles in and out of bays and parking areas
  • Assist with seasonal needs including salt removal, de-icing, and preparing vehicles for peak seasons
