Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
Prior auto detailing experience or related automotive work strongly preferred
Passion for vehicles and pride in maintaining high-quality work
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes
Dependable attendance is required - this role plays a critical part in daily operations, and attendance is strictly enforced
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on physical work

Responsibilities

Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of sedans, SUVs, vans, and luxury coaches
Wash, wax, vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean windows, polish chrome, and deodorize interiors
Sanitize all high-touch surfaces according to company health and safety protocols
Conduct pre- and post-detailing inspections to ensure vehicles meet Golden's standards
Report any damage, wear, or maintenance needs to the Fleet Supervisor
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment
Replenish detailing supplies and ensure proper inventory levels
Safely move vehicles in and out of bays and parking areas
Assist with seasonal needs including salt removal, de-icing, and preparing vehicles for peak seasons
