About The Position

Superior Plus Propane is hiring for a Fleet Deployment Manager! Reporting to the Director of Fleet Operations, the Fleet Deployment Manager will be responsible for the design and overall utilization of fleet across our locations in North America. This is a remote position for candidates located in the US

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in progressively senior roles
  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Engineering or Accounting background considered an asset
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain deployment schedules, dependencies, and critical paths
  • Coordinate pre-delivery inspections (PDI), upfitting, registration, safeties, and telematics activation
  • Align site readiness (tools, parts, charging/fueling, training) and handover to operations
  • Manage vendor timelines and SLAs; run weekly war-room cadence
  • Track risks and mitigations; escalate issues with data-backed options
  • Standardize deployment playbooks and lessons learned
