This position will provide assistance to our Fleet Management Team along with all related tasks associated with the Fleet operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a multitude of desired tasks.
• Ability to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fleet Management Team with all related tasks associated with Fleet operations.
• Manage Fleet Management System (FMS).
• Coordinate with Fleet Management Company (FMC).
• Ensure DOT Compliance.
• Handle Accident Management.
• Process Scheduled and Unscheduled maintenance through Vehicle Managed Maintenance System (FMMS).
• Record, schedule, and report vehicle accidents.
• Develop and manage the Accident Review Process/Board.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Implement DOT Driver Training/Coaching Program.
• Manage Telematics/Dashcam Systems (GeoTab).
• Process vehicle acquisition including tag, registration, and inspection.
