About The Position

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands, has an opening for a Full-Time Fleet Coordinator. This position pays $16 per hour. The Fleet Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles rented by our customers are safe and clean. The Fleet Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and / or rental. The Fleet Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring our fleet of vehicles are secure, properly stationed, and ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards. The position will also require working outdoors in all weather conditions in a fast-paced environment. This position is based out of Miami International Airport - Rental Car Center located at 3900 NW 25th street, Miami, Fl. 33142. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the last 5 years
  • Minimum 1 year experience handling basic customer service and/or office administration functions.
  • A minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Apart from religious observations, must be able to work Schedule available: Schedule A: Sunday-Monday: 7AM - 4PM Tuesday-Wednesday: OFF Thursday-Saturday 7AM- 4PM or Schedule B: Sunday-Monday: 1PM - 10PM Tuesday-Wednesday: OFF Thursday-Saturday 1PM- 10PM

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with and assist Drivers, Auto Detailers, and Managers to ensure proper vehicle supply
  • Coordinating and organizing lot and lot moves
  • Taking inventory of the lot on a daily basis
  • Assist with the oversight of Driver and Auto Detailer employees
  • Ensure keys are secure at all times
  • Manage the inventory of job-related supplies
  • Must be able to safely operate a variety of vehicles
  • Must have good communication skills – written and verbal
  • High degree of attention to detail and thoroughness, preventing injury to others and damage to all vehicles in operation
  • Ability to work under time sensitive pressure and adjust to periods of relative inactivity
  • Ability to make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety, and time sensitivity a priority
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
