About The Position

The Fleet Coordinator at Master's Transportation is responsible for managing the fleet operations at their location. This role involves maintaining organized tracking of all fleet units, ensuring readiness, and managing customer interactions related to fleet services. The position requires collaboration with the Branch Manager and involves various administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficient fleet utilization and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized tracking of all units in the Matran fleet to ensure unit readiness.
• Check-ins and check-outs with customers.
• Prepare paperwork to ensure timely invoicing.
• Review and authorize repairs with vendors.
• Develop and implement procedures for efficient fleet operation.
• Track fleet maintenance completion according to maintenance intervals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Ensure customers are rebilled for excessive fees.
• Communicate daily with service providers to maintain fleet readiness.
• Frequent review and update of tracking spreadsheets and calendars.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
