About The Position

We're looking for a Fleet Controller to support our North America operations. In this role, you'll collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to control costs and ensure top-tier service delivery. You'll be responsible for managing our medium- and heavy-duty fleet across the U.S. and Canada, with a key focus on invoice reconciliation and fleet performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of fleet management work experience.
  • Have relevant work experience in the transportation industry or fleet management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fleet management database software.
  • Knowledge of heavy and medium duty fleet vehicle regulations.
  • Excel proficiency with pivot tables and lookups.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment; perform duties in a timely manner, be highly organized and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer interface to facilitate all activities involving license, title, registration, 2290's, fuel cards, PIN's, transport, etc.
  • Ensure DOT and IFTA compliance.
  • Audit fuel and mileage data for monthly submissions and exception report resolution.
  • Maintain multiple databases for various fleet processes in relation to vehicle and cost assignments.
  • Perform monthly invoice PO and support data validation.
  • Investigate and resolve cost discrepancies on monthly invoices.
  • Assist NAM Fleet Manager, NAM Indirect Sourcing Manager and Global Fleet Category Leader with other duties as directed.
