Job Summary: The Fleet Compliance Supervisor will ensure all company vehicles and drivers adhere to federal, state, and local regulations with responsibilities in fleet spec and ordering . This Supervisor will provide support to AIS Infrastructure's Equipment Division. The position will adhere to AIS Infrastructure's safety standards and protocols. Serve as subject matter expert for all DOT/CSA and hazardous material-related issues and questions. Weekly review of the vehicle mileage report to determine overdue services, data gathering issues, and replacement needs. Spec and place vehicle orders as needed. Regularly review the FMCSA/SAFER websites for any updates and compliance issues. Ensure all preventive maintenance and annual inspections are performed and all repairs are documented and completed in a timely manner. Oversee DOT/FMCSA compliance, ensuring proper permitting, licensing, and registrations. Maintain, audit, and update all vehicle files, including CDLs, medical examiner certificates (medical cards), and annual driving records (MVRs) to ensure readiness for DOT/FMCSA safety audits. Perform other responsibilities assigned by management.
