Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Managing the regional fleet vehicle program, including assignments, maintenance oversight, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Partnering with plant leadership to maintain organized systems, improve administrative workflows, and support operational needs. Coordinating daily plant administrative functions, including recordkeeping, reporting, and invoicing. Supporting procurement activities through timely processing of purchase orders, vendor communications, and tracking of deliveries. Ensuring accurate data entry and monitoring of inventory, production, and operational metrics.
