About The Position

Managing the regional fleet vehicle program, including assignments, maintenance oversight, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Partnering with plant leadership to maintain organized systems, improve administrative workflows, and support operational needs. Coordinating daily plant administrative functions, including recordkeeping, reporting, and invoicing. Supporting procurement activities through timely processing of purchase orders, vendor communications, and tracking of deliveries. Ensuring accurate data entry and monitoring of inventory, production, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and navigate business systems, including fleet management and procurement platforms.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and support operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
