We have a thorough but FAST hiring process! The Fleet and Commercial Account Support Specialist is responsible for assisting personnel in the Fleet and Commercial Department. Starting pay for the Fleet and Commercial Account Support Specialist is $750.00 per week with monthly bonuses.

Requirements

  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Effective communicator – in person, on the phone, and through emails and texts.
  • Proficient in the use of spreadsheets and word documents.
  • Committed to meeting customer deadlines and requirements.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize.
  • Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in the preparation of documents including contacting customers to collect proper documents and applications.
  • Preparing a delivery worksheet, printing documents for final billing, sending, and uploading documents for customer signatures and payment.
  • Aid in the physical processing of sold units.
  • Coordinate with the service department, detail departments, and working with outside uplift vendors.
  • Social media and business website updates.
  • Arrange for drivers for all department needs including vehicle inspections, deliveries, and pick up from vendors.
  • Fielding customer calls.
  • Assist with dealer trades.
