Fleet Associate (Service Porter)
About The Position
Sally’s mission is to be the most trusted vehicle and service provider for professional drivers. We operate a large fleet of vehicles that we provide to rideshare, last mile, and taxi drivers on a flexible basis. We invest heavily in our technology and our people to deliver best-in-class service to our customers. We are looking for an efficient Fleet Associate who is passionate about vehicles for our San Francisco office! You’ll solve real-time logistical problems and perform tasks with calculated precision. We’re looking for someone with an eye for vehicle imperfections, who is a great problem solver, and who has a customer-oriented mindset!
Requirements
- 3+ years with a US State DMV license
- Cautious and precise motor skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Diligent punctuality
- Must have a high level of computer proficiency
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for all vehicle-related issues and ensure best-in-class service
- Perform vehicle readiness checks, offboard vehicles through our internal systems
- Transporting vehicles to fueling, cleaning, staging, and maintenance/repair facilities
- Execute vehicle recoveries
- Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by our leadership team
